Big Breakfast
To bring our families closer together and provide a chance for them to build positive relationships with staff, we hold regular breakfast mornings with a range of nutritional items on offer.
These are informal and allow our pastoral staff to offer much needed advice with regards to housing, parenting concerns and finances.

We aim to have every child within our Federation access to a new laptop. This will enable quality remote learning and ease pressure on parents to provide such equipment. Donate now to help make this happen.

Celebrating Our Diversity
Every year we celebrate "Interntional Afternoon" which aims to highlight the diverse cultures present in our community. We sing, dance, wear costumes that showcase our heritage and feast on the many delights our families prepare for the school.
This also enables our new families a chance to make connections in the community.

Staff delivered daily live Phonics, Maths, English and Topic lessons, with the church leading remote religious celebrations in order to continue delivery of the curriculum.

Every pupil has a voice and whilst some of our pupils are still developing their spoken langauge skills, all classes particpate and learn useful Makaton signs to support those pupil with early language development.

Young Aylesbury residents, who belong to the St. Peter's community, have been getting creative to celebrate the opening of the new library. It is being built on Plot 18 of the Aylesbury regeneration.

Notting Hill Genesis
Notting Hill Genesis
Notting Hill Genesis and Southwark Council are working in partnership to regenerate the Aylesbury Estate in South East London.
Many of our families live in this local area and are part of the project to involve community members in its regeneration.
Pupils from St. Peter's have visited the developing site and even had hands on experience learning key building skills. This has inspired many of our young people to think about future opportunities in the building and construction industry.

Southwark Food Bank
Southwark Food Bank
The Southwark Foodbank is made up of five centres around Southwark, working with local community groups and churches to help address the need for emergency food provision in our area. They partnered with TESCO to support local people in our community.
Pupils helped gather items from shoppers which then went to the food bank over Christmas.

Our Community came together the day after the passing of Queen Elizabeth II to participate in a moving service led by Father Andrew.

Carbon Monoxide (CO) Awareness Programmes
The CO Crew work to recruit new members to their crew to learn about and share the dangers of CO! They take their innovative style and approach to learning to schools and homes up and down the country to make us all more carbon monoxide aware. They educate us on how to stay safe, spot the symptoms of poisoning and what signs we should be looking for.

The World Reimagined
The World Reimagined is a ground-breaking, mass participation art education project to transform how we understand the Transatlantic Slave Trade and its impact. 103 unique globes are now across the UK, 3 of which are from our Federation, St. Peter's, Peter Hills & St. Jude's!

Zero Carbon Schools Project
Zero Carbon Schools Project
Zero Carbon Schools helps schools get serious about sustainability and respond to the climate crisis.
It is a cross-curricular programme for Years 4 – 8 with links to science, geography, maths, English, PSHE and art. As a result of the programme, pupils will:
- Learn more about climate change and feel empowered to take action in their school community
- Develop leadership, communication, problem solving and teamwork skills
- Calculate an estimate of their school’s carbon emissions
- Lead meaningful projects to reduce the school’s carbon footprint

World Afro Day
World Afro Day
World Afro Day is a global day of change, education and celebration of Afro hair, culture and identity.
We participate in their annual event which will spotlight Afro excellence, raise awareness and create normalisation and aspiration relating to Afro hair. This will benefit pupils of all backgrounds, through empathy, equality and empowerment.
