St Peter’s get cooking!!!

St Peter’s are awarded the “Let’s Get Cooking” certificate for 2011

It’s official! St Peter’s Primary has now been accredited with the “Let’s Get Cooking” certificate for 2011.

Let’s Get Cooking is a national network of cooking clubs for children, families and their communities across England. During its first five years, Let’s Get Cooking is using £20 million from the Big Lottery Fund to set up the first 5,000 clubs.

We have some really fantastic cooks at St Peter’s Primary School. St Peter’s recently won first prizeat the Southwark Schools in Bloom festival for its entry into the “Best Recipe” competition for our Joshtastic Rice dish!!

Keep at it St Peter’s! I’m sure we have some future celebrity chefs in the making. Watch out Gordon Ramsey!!!
