Welcome to the Governing Body page! We hope you’ll find it useful whether you are a current parent or child at St Peter’s School, or are interested in joining the school community in one way or another.
The Governing Body works closely with the Head Teacher, Mrs Anne-Marie Bahlol to ensure that St Peter’s is a place where children can achieve their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment.
We have many legal responsibilities as well as working hard to make sure St Peter’s continues to grow from strength to strength. We monitor children’s results to see that they are as high as possible, and we look closely at the school environment to make sure that every child receives the best possible education during their time at St Peter’s and is thoroughly prepared to go forward in their education as well-rounded children and well-formed human beings.

“I am so proud of the wonderful staff and children at St Peter’s Primary School and Nursery. We have something very special: a school which is achieving wonderful academic results, while also giving children space to grow as individuals. Our vision is very much to be a transforming force in the whole community, working with parents as well as children to make sure our children can really become the people they are called to be in life and aim very high.
I’m always proud to welcome visitors because I know they will be impressed with our strong ethos and values, and receive a very warm welcome.”
